This art is an homage to the musical and artistic influences in my life. I grew up in an era when you would wait for tapes and CDs to be released, and then sit and listen to albums from start to finish while poring over the album art and lyrics. It was a ritual I started at a young age which was inspiring, soul nourishing, challenging, and ultimately perspective altering. In many ways the musicians that made all this amazing music ignited my passion to push the boundaries and to question the status quo. The marks they left on me are indelible and as a result the music and art they created and shared with the world will last long into the future.
Producing and sharing art with integrity and authenticity, no matter how challenging that path may be, is important work and ought to be remembered.
